Roley.ai provides AI-powered training for sales teams, specifically targeting industries with in-house sales teams, such as the solar industry. Our Service includes role-play simulations, training modules, and performance analytics to improve sales effectiveness.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Roley.ai may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
Roley.ai, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality as well as content uploaded by users are and will remain the exclusive property of Roley.ai and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Roley.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any other matter relating to the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
